A gift for my daughter. Wish the first delivery had worked out. Wood superficial cracks on bottom. Then a second to replace first arrived in “overpacked” box it too defective splintered around rim the white showing thru. Trying very hard to get this replaced properly. Customer service has been great, taking all consideration in replace and not refund, as I, the customer is concerned. Please review your packing requirements for this beautiful Bowl but at same time don’t avoid quality control before considering mailing to customer, a defective product.
