We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but we do offer gift messaging! You can send a personalized message to yourself or directly to your recipient — either at the time of delivery or a specific date of your choosing — delivered via phone, email or both.
Sometimes! If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see the estimated ship date right on the product page. It’s our way of letting you reserve popular pieces before they return. If you don’t see a pre-order option, we’re likely working on a restock.
In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number via email the moment it heads out. For pre-orders, your item will ship by the estimated date listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Holidays and carrier delays may extend this slightly.
All orders are released for immediate processing. We’ll do our best to accommodate same-day change requests, but we can’t guarantee address updates once an order is placed. Reach out as soon as possible!
Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to update scans. If it’s been more than 3 business days with no movement, let us know and we’ll take a look.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original their original condition + packaging. Final sale items and gift cards aren’t eligible.

Once your return arrives and is inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Once your return has been approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
We’re so sorry! We pack our orders with extra care to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Please visit our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage and packaging during the process — this helps us make it right, fast.
Every marble and wood piece in our collection is made with real, natural materials. That means your marble is solid stone, and your wood is genuine mango, acacia, paulownia, suar, or teakwood (depending on the item). Variations in grain, color, and veining are totally natural — and part of what makes each piece uniquely beautiful.

We partner with skilled artisans around the globe to bring our designs to life. Most of our pieces are made in India, Greece, and Thailand, using high-quality, natural materials and thoughtful craftsmanship. While we work primarily with these regions, we occasionally source from other countries as well — always with strict quality and design standards in place.
Don't worry - they are not missing! The handles for your brass mill are tucked securely inside the body of the mills to keep them safe during transit. Just unscrew the top knob, lift off the lid, and you’ll find the handles stored inside each mill.
