FREE Shipping | Orders $150+

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $150 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $150, we offer shipping ranging from $5.99 - $11.98. No promotional code is required to redeem our free shipping offer. Pepper + Vetiver reserves the right to change this offer at any time.

Our Shipping Process

We will package and ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. With Standard Shipping, in stock items are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping. Please refer to shipping times at checkout for expedited shipping estimates.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Pepper + Vetiver cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, carrier delays, COVID-19, etc.

*Please note that holidays may cause delays with shipping carriers.

It is not possible to reroute a package once it has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to incorrect addresses or left unclaimed. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply for this service and will vary by order. We are unable to provide any refunds for items that are shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Pre-order items

Since many of our products are handmade in small batches, some items may be made available for pre-order and an estimated shipping date will be included on the product and checkout pages. Please note that these dates are estimates and we will ship out these orders as soon as we can.

Where do we ship?

Pepper + Vetiver is currently shipping within the United States. International shipping is not yet available at Pepper + Vetiver. If you would like to be notified when International shipping becomes available, please contact us at info@pepperandvetiver.com.
