Returns & Exchanges

Returns
We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. We’re confident that the design details and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

We offer free replacements for any incorrect items received or items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must notify us of the incorrect, defective or damaged item within 14 days of delivery. We require photo evidence that you received the incorrect item or that it is defective.

Items ineligible for refund:
Sale Items
Personalized Items
Items marked “Non-returnable” or "Final Sale" on the product page
Gift Cards
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Lost or stolen items
Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

We do not offer refunds on orders where the tracking states it has been delivered. In special cases, we may offer reshipments.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address and ensuring that they can receive all packages. Packages that are unable to be delivered, are delivered to the incorrect address as a result of the customer's error, or are refused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. If applicable, reshipment fees will apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on your package. We will not receive these items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less the return shipping fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please visit our Returns + Exchanges page to start your return.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card as processing times will vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@pepperandvetiver.com and we will help you sort it out.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at returns@pepperandvetiver.com and we will send you instructions to complete your exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will be notified out about your return.

Cancellations
Orders placed with us are automatically released for processing and we may not be able to accommodate all cancellation requests. However, if you would like to request a cancellation, we require that this request be made to orders@pepperandvetiver.com within 24 hours of completing your purchase. While cancellation is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate each request when possible.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or be unsatisfied with your order and we are always happy to help. Any order issues should be addressed through our Customer Service team (info@pepperandvetiver.com) and by following the procedures outlined in this policy. We do not advise that you open any chargebacks or disputes with your bank/payment provider. Any instances where one is opened may result in a minimum fee of a $15 per item being disputed.

We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time.
