I was very excited to receive this item. However, the item arrived looking used! One of the corners of the block is damaged and used looking. It also looked dirty. I really don’t feel like going through the hassle of returning it so I guess I’ll keep it but I’m not impressed. This piece is not what I’m used to in terms of quality with this company. It’s the first time I’ve ordered some thing from this company that looks bad. It does not look like the photo from the website.
